Taste of Victory Stables has a new ownership offering - the California Fillies Group!
The 'California Fillies' group consists of two two-year-old fillies that are currently in training at Silver D Bar ranch in California. They will travel to Santa Anita or Golden Gate Fields following their training - their location will depend on their maturity level, though Santa Anita is our first choice for both.
Both of the fillies in this group are sired by Smiling Tiger. Smiling Tiger was an exceptional racehorse that won three Grade 1s - the Bing Crosby, Ancient Title Stakes, and Triple Bend Handicap - as well as the Lazaro Barrera Memorial Stakes (G3), San Carlos (G2), Count Fleet (G3), and Vernon O. Underwood (G3).
At stud, Smiling Tiger is known for siring Grade 1 winner Smiling Perfection. Smiling Tiger has produced winners on all three surfaces and was the Leading All-Weather Sire in North America by Progeny Earnings in 2021.
The first filly in this group is out of Pinky’s Posh. Pinky’s Posh is the dam of seven winners from eight foals to race. She notably Poshsky, sired by Vronsky, winner of the Berkely Handicap (G3) and earner of more than $823k.
The second filly in this group is out of Cultural Icon. Cultural Icon is an unraced daughter of multiple stakes winner Unusual Heat and a half-sister to stakes winner She’s an Eleven. Cultural Icon is the dam of current Taste of Victory Stables runner Iconic Sky, who has earned more than $114k with wins at Golden Gate Fields and Del Mar.

$1,200/share with 30 shares available
Training and vet expenses will be paid for a six-month period. 2-3 months at Silver D Bar and 3-4 months of track training.
Ownership percentage depends on the final number of shares sold and is expected to be about 2-3% per share.
This is an equity group! Purse earnings and claim/sale of fillies will be distributed to co-owners.
